For 2 to 4 weeks we work inside your department or your company: we interview everyone, map the systems and the data that moves between them, and audit the work process by process. You get a report that ranks the use cases by how fast they return their cost, shows the reasoning, and recommends one first build. Nothing gets built during the sprint. The map is the product, and the deliverable.
