Services

Three ways to work with us. AI enablement teaches your people the tools on their own work, a bespoke project proves the return on one use case, and the AI partnership keeps both going and adds strategic guidance.

01|AI enablement

On-site sessions, built on your work

Every session is built for your industry and runs on your own work: your documents, your workflows, and the tools your people already open. Nobody leaves with just slides. They leave with work done and a way of doing it that stays.

Two formats. Leadership gets 1 day and a first plan. A department gets 1 week, 2 hours a day, on its own workflows. For the whole company, the two run in sequence, one department after another.

AI opportunity sprint

Every project starts with an AI opportunity sprint. For 2 to 4 weeks we work inside your department or your company: we interview everyone, map the systems and the data that moves between them, and audit the work process by process. You get a report that ranks the use cases by how fast they return their cost, shows the reasoning, and recommends one first build. Nothing gets built during the sprint. The map is the product, and the deliverable.

Then we build the use case the sprint ranked first, the one with the highest return, in 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope, on the systems and data you already have. It runs beside the current process until your team trusts it, and a person approves anything that leaves the building. You own the result.

One use case, chosen by the numbers, built end to end: the clearest and the safest path to a return.

03|AI strategic partnership

AI strategic partnership: ongoing trainings, multi-quarter implementation roadmap, and strategic guidance

After the first project the question changes from whether this works to how fast you can go. The partnership answers it with a roadmap and one monthly rate. We train your teams on a schedule, keep strategy and governance current as the tools change, set the AI budget with you and keep the work inside it, and build the next solutions in order, one department at a time. Predictable, with no surprises.

An embedded, fractional AI center of excellence: we work inside your company, in your meetings, with your people, on your systems.

  • RateFixed and monthly, set by scope once the roadmap is drawn
  • TermStarts with a first quarter, then renews annually
  • Training on a schedule, for leaders and for teams, as the tools change.
  • Strategy and governance, kept current.
  • The budget, set with you and kept to.
  • The roadmap, re-ranked every quarter.
  • The next solutions, built and put into use, in order.
  • The return on each one, measured and reported.
