Privacy
What this site collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. Short, because there is little to tell.
The contact form
The booking form is on the contact page and at the bottom of the home page. It sends us your name, work email, company, company size, revenue range, your role, your phone number if you give one, the topic you pick, your budget range, your message, and how you heard about us. It also records the page you sent it from, the link you came in on, the time, and the country the connection came from.
We store each submission in a database on Cloudflare's network, in the United States, for two years, and then delete it. Ask sooner and we delete it sooner. Resend, an email service, delivers a copy to [email protected] and a short confirmation to the address you gave. We use all of it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Booking a call
The booking button opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Google handles the booking under its own privacy policy. The answers you give in the booking form reach us with the appointment and stay in our calendar and email.
What the site does not do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It does not track you across the web.
Third parties the pages load
- Cloudflare serves the site and records standard server logs, including your IP address, for a short time, to keep the site running and to stop abuse. To stop abuse of the booking form, we also keep counts of submissions per network, for the hour and for the day, keyed by a hash of the address, and discard them within two days.
- Google Fonts delivers the typeface. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address in doing so.
If you write to [email protected], your message stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful to either of us.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected]. We answer within ten business days.
